"Wow," Helen said. "The eagle is about to snatch a big lamb."
"I can snatch a bigger lamb." The Blue Jay replied. "Watch me."
The Blue Jay saw a sheep and tried to snatch it.
"I'm stuck!" The Blue Jay cried. "My claws are caught in the sheep's wool."
The shepherd caught the Blue Jay and clipped his wings so he couldn't fly.
Then the shepherd took the Blue Jay to his sons to play with him.
"Thank you for saving me from those children," the Blue Jay said to Helen.
"Try not to mimic the eagle again, " Helen replied.

The Eagle and the Dung Beetle
_____________________________________________________
The Eagle was about to catch the Rabbit.
"Leave him alone," Helen cried.
"Leave him alone," the Dung Beetle cried too.
"Shut up, Dung Beetle," the Eagle said. "You stink."
The Dung Beetle stank because he lived in animal dung. But he was the Rabbit's best friend.
The Dung Beetle found the Eagle's eggs and pushed them out of the nest.
The Eagle flew high up in the sky and placed his eggs in an angel's lap.
The Dung Beetle found the Angel and dropped a ball of dung in her lap.
The Angel quickly removed the stinking dung from her lap. The eggs fell to the ground and broke.
"You shouldn't have mocked the Dung Beetle." Helen said to the Eagle.
"I'm never going to lay eggs when the Dung Beetle is around." The Eagle said and flew away.

The Unfaithful Eagle

"Why are you crying, mother fox?" Helen asked.
"The eagle said he was my friend but he ate all my cubs," the fox sobbed.
Helen saw the eagle hovering a church.
The eagle stole some food from the church and flew away.
The eagle took the food to his chicks. He didn't see the candle burning on it.
The nest caught fire and the chicks burned to death.
The eagle was sad and crying.
"See?" Helen said to the eagle. "You were unfaithful and got punished."

The One-Dollar God
___________________________________
"Here's a dollar bill for you, Helen." Aunt Emily said.
"Thank you, Aunt Emily," Helen said.
"Spend it wisely," her aunt added.
"I'll show you a magic trick for one dollar," a man said to Helen.
"My aunt told me to spend it wisely," Helen said.
"Really?" The man asked. "Then I have exactly what you're looking for."
"It's a wooden god that can give you a lot of money," the man said.
"Then why are you giving it away for only one dollar?" Helen asked.
"The wooden god gives you a lot of money in time but I need a dollar right now," the man said.
"That doesn't sound very wise to me," Helen said and left.

The Good and the Evil
_______________________________________
Helen saw a thief. The thief was running away with the money.
"A thief!" Helen cried. "He's running away with the money."
But the thief was gone.
"The thief has escaped again," the policewoman said.
"Aren't you going to catch him?" Helen asked.
"Yes, we are," the policewoman said. "Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow either. But one day we are going to catch him."
The wind started to blow. Helen and the policewoman were blown away.
Helen saw an angel on a cloud.
"I'm the Good," the angel said. "I can't live on Earth because of the Evil."
"But we need you down on Earth!" Helen said.
"Call me when you need me," the angel said. "And I'll be there with you."
The wind started to blow again. Helen and the angel were blown away.
Helen saw the police catching the thief. He had escaped many times but eventually got arrested. "I wish the Good lived with us on Earth and the Evil never existed," Helen said.
